And police said his disappearence had some unusual circumstances.

Now police are sharing those details... take a look... police know higgins boarded a bus to minneapolis for a church seminar... but aren't sure if he ever made it there or got off on a different stop along the way... police add higgins expressed paranoid beliefs in a letter sent sometime last week.

Higgins does have medical condition police believe could be contributing to the disappearance..
