Massive Sex Trafficking Sweep By U.S. Marshals Service Finds 123 Missing Children

The U.S. Marshals Service said that in a one-day sweep, 123 children were recovered during an operation focused on finding victims of sex trafficking.

????The search was conducted in Wayne County in Michigan and Lieutenant Michael Shaw of the Michigan State Police told The Detroit News that most of the kids were listed as missing.

????But added that of the kids were listed missing in the past, and most of their parents never alerted police after they returned home.

????All the children deemed missing were interviewed about being sexually victimized or used in sex trafficking during the time they were gone.

????And of the 123, three were identified as being possible cases of sex trafficking.

????The U.S. Marshals Service said, "The message to the missing children and their families that we wish to convey is that we will never stop looking for you." ??
