Michael Bloomberg dropped another hint Wednesday that he may be running for president in 2020.
The former New York City mayor took to social media to announce that he's re-registered as a Democrat because "we need democrats to provide the checks and balance our nation so badly needs." The 76 year old has been an independent since abandoning the Republican party in 2007.

His latest move sure to reignite chatter that he's eyeing a bid for the White House.
His party affiliation change comes after the billionaire founder of media and finance company Bloomberg, pledged to pour a whopping $80 million to help Democrats take control of the House in 2018.
