Governor "Named" Srinagar Mayor Before Civic Poll Results, Allege Parties
"As per my information Srinagar is getting a new mayor who is a foreign-educated young person and if this leader emerges, both parties are jittery," Governor Satya Pal Malik had told NDTV.
