The Real Housewives of New Jersey's Joe Giudice will not be allowed to stay in America once he gets out of prison. The embattled reality star, who is currently serving a 41-month sentence for mail, wire and bankruptcy fraud, will be deported back to Italy upon his release. A judge made the ruling in immigration court on Wednesday and Joe has 30 days to file for an appeal, People reports.

"Based upon the law, I find you deportable and ineligible for any kind of relief," the judge said, per RadarOnline. "Mr. Giudice, no matter how this turns out, I wish you the best. I decided this case as a matter of law."

Although his wife Teresa Giudice was not in court for the ruling, she has remained loyal to her husband and implied that she'd follow him to Italy were he to be bounced from the United States. "I mean, Italy's a beautiful place to live," she previously said, according to People. "I wouldn't mind, you know, I'm just saying. Listen, whatever God has planned for me, that's what's going to happen. I will embrace it the best I can."

Joe is expected to be released from prison in 2019.
