What you need to know 
As previously communicated there will on November 19, 2018 be a 3.7.1 release in GCF production environment. The release will contain minor mandatory TIP protocol updates. Since the latest 3.7.1 TIP draft version, TIP support for new coming Nasdaq ESG data product is added. The ESG data content will not be added to any existing data products and a separate ESG data product entitlement will be required to have ESG data included. More information about ESG data product will be communicated when available.

Release changes

• New field for Product ID codes for derivatives instruments in message: BasicDataDerivatives.
   
• Unused Duration field for index data will be removed from TIP specification.
   
• ESG data set (non-mandatory data available in new ESG data product TBA)

Testing

TIP 3.7.1 is available in GCF TST4.

GCF TST2 and GCF TST3 will be upgraded to version TIP 3.7.1 as of Thursday October 11, 2018.

GCF TST3 will change its Genium INET source system to Genium INET EXT3 as of October 11, 2018.

GCF TST4 will change its Genium INET source system to Genium INET EXT4 as of October 10, 2018.
