Hisar police on Monday
booked a youth for allegedly
raping a woman and sexually harassing her daughter.
The youth allegedly made a video of his act and even thrashed the mother-daughter duo when they put up resistance, police said.
The police have started investigations, but are yet to arrest the accused.
Hisar police spokesperson Harish Bhardwaj said a case has been registered under Section 328 (Causing hurt by means of poison, etc with intent to commit an offence), 376 (rape), 323 (Punishment for voluntarily causing hurt), 354-A (sexual harassment and punishment for sexual harassment), 452 (House-trespass after preparation for hurt, assault or wrongful restraint), 506 (punishment for criminal intimidation) of Indian Penal Code against the accused.
In the complaint to the police, the woman claimed the youth had visited her boutique about eight months back and got friendly with her.
A mother of 19-year-old daughter and 10-year-old son, the woman alleged that one day he came to her rented house and mixed some intoxicant in her tea. After having the same, the woman fell unconscious. When she regained consciousness, she found herself nude. He told me that he had raped her and also made a video too. After this, he had raped her several times by threatening to make the video viral, she alleged.
The rape survivor said on Sunday evening, when she came home from the boutique, she found the youth sexually harassing her daughter. When she opposed, he attacked her and her daughter with a bat and fled the spot. The neighbours got her admitted to the hospital.
