Tino Best hits back at Harbhajan Singh over demeaning tweet about West Indian team

Harbhajan Singh's opinion about the current team of West Indies did not find any fans among Indian spectators and as it turns out, former Caribbean pacer Tino Best also had a rebuttal.

India showed their class to the comparatively young and inexperienced team by winning the first Test in Rajkot by one of the biggest margins. The lopsided contest ended in just three days. This is when Harbhajan decided to voice his opinion. The off-spinner tweeted, "With all due respect to West Indies Cricket but I have a question for u all...will this west Indies team qualify for Ranji quarters from the plate group? Elite se to nahin hoga #INDvsWI"

Tino Best took notice of the tweet, hit back at the 'Turbanator,' and replied, "Hey bro didn’t see these cocky tweets vs England .... but anyhow the young men will learn."

The West Indies are currently engaged in a two-Test series in India and are trailing after going down in the opening Test inside three days. The West Indies will play five ODIs and three T20 Internationals. The first ODI will be held in Guwahati on October 21.

With an eye on next year's 50-over World Cup and 2020 World T20 in Australia, the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB) has drafted in three youngsters -- opener Chrandrapaul Hemraj, all-rounder Fabian Allen and fast bowler Oshane Thomas -- in the limited overs squads.

Let's see what this team does in ODIs.
