Ludhiana, October 8, 2018: Federation of Industrial & Commercial Organization (FICO) has turned five years old. Incepted on October 7, 2013 by a galaxy of 13 friends, is now a family of 1874 strong members & growing. On FICO’s 5th Annual Grand Meeting held at Hotel Radisson BLU, Ferozepur Road, Ludhiana Shri Sunil Kant Munjal Chairman Hero Enterprises was the chief guest, Shri Rajive Chawla Chairman I am SME of India was the guest of honor. The Journey of MSMEs in next decade was the theme of the event. On the occasion, S.Gurmeet Singh Kular has been announced the unopposed president for the next 5 years.
Shri Sunil Kant Munjal said that no one is bound to succeed, unless he enjoys what he does. He said one’s work should not be a burden to him, it should be enjoyment, he said that he travels a lot, and he is never tired of it, or of working.
Shri Rajive Chawla, Chairman, I am SME of India, discussed the journey of MSMEs in the next decade (2018-2028). He said there is going to be an entirely new market ten years from now, he shared an example of Amazon, that how it is taking place of traditional trading businesses. He said to survive one needs to be upgraded and keep himself up to date with technical know-how.
