BJP MLA's son reported for 'abusing' PM, CM

VARANASI: Lanka police on Friday lodged a non-cognizable report (NCR) against son of BJP MLA from Bhadohi Ravindra Nath Tripathi for allegedly using abusive words against the Prime Minister, chief minister, district magistrate and superintendent of police.
The complaint against BJP MLA's son Deepak has been filed by Banaras Hindu University research scholar Itendra Chaubey, said Inspector Lanka Bharat Bhushan.

Chaubey alleged that in an audio clip circulating on social media the MLA's son could be heard using abusive words against PM, CM, DM and SP.

One Mahesh Tiwari of Bhimsenpur village of Suriyava area in Bhadohi district had claimed that Deepak made a call on his mobile phone and issued threats to him apart from using abusive words for PM, CM and others. Tiwari said he had recorded the call and gave its audio clips to district magistrate and SP of Bhadohi for necessary action. The audio later went viral on social media.
