On cam: Explosion scare at Rahul Gandhi's roadshow as ballons burst into flames

Congress president Rahul Gandhi had an explosion scare during roadshow in Madhya Pradesh. The video has gone viral on social media. The Congress president was present with other party leaders on top of the vehicle when the incident took place. A party worker had come with balloons to cheer his party leaders. but , the balloons came in contact with oil lamps which was held by another party worker at the spot. The balloons burst into flames which triggered panic. A top police official said that it was a minor accident and there was no security breach.
