The accused Loganathan (42), a resident of Badhar Nagar, was taking special tuition classes for school students preparing for public exams, said police. On Thursday evening, Loganathan reportedly tried to misbehave with one of the students, a Class 10 boy, after the tutorial session. 

The boy managed to escape from him and informed his parents about the incident. Based on their complaint, Sembium All-Women Police registered a case and arrested Loganathan under POCSO Act. He was remanded in judicial custody.
