The 36-year-old has not yet commented on how his jail sentence will affect the filming of Jersey Shore: Family Vacation - a new reunion series broadcast on E! Entertainment (DStv 124).

According to People magazine Mike has between 30 to 60 days to surrender, during which he plans to marry Lauren.

The reality star’s attorney, Henry Klingeman said in a statement: “No matter what happens, he won’t be designated to begin his sentence until sometime after that wedding.”
