Telangana: Congress kicks off poll campaign at Alampur, Jogulamba Gadwal district

Ahead of the Telangana assembly polls, Congress party workers performed a special puja at the Jogulamba temple in Alampur on 4 October. Congress also organised a road show between Alampur and Santhinagar and held a public meeting at the Rajiv Gandhi chowk in the Jogulamba Gadwal district as part of the poll campaign. The Congress has promised to waive off crop loans of upto Rs 2 lakh and introduce crop insurance policies if voted to power in the state.
