Krushna’s brace helps Symbiosis win

PUNE: Symbiosis College beat SNBP College 2-0 in the third round of the Under-19 category of the Zilla Parishad football tournament at Dobarwadi on Wednesday.

Krushna Mahakale from Symbiosis scored two goals in the 6th and 10th minutes.

In another match, Bharati Vidyapeeth defeated Haribhai Desai Junior College 1-0. Abhishek Chavan scored the lone goal for Bharati Vidyapeeth in the 12th minute.

Also registering a win was Arihant Junior College who got past Sarhad Junior College with the score reading 1-0. Jonson Nagiyogu scored for Arihant in the third minute.
