Arc Aroma Pure AB: 181004 New powerful CEPT® system ready for delivery

Arc Aroma Pure AB ("ArcAroma") has completed the development of an improved CEPT® generator having more than twice the capacity. The new design also includes an innovative 3D treatment chamber. A high capacity oliveCEPT®, based on the enhanced CEPT® system, will be delivered to a client in Spain, this according to a signed agreement as previously communicated.

ArcAroma has, within a short time frame, successfully completed a development project aiming to improve the capacity of the CEPT® generator. ArcAroma can now offer an improved system that initially is aimed at high capacity olive oil production lines. ArcAroma will deliver the first high capacity oliveCEPT® and the new 3D treatment chamber to the customers olive oil production facility in Spain.

The new oliveCEPT® system has more than twice the treatment capacity compared to the standard version. The new system can also be used to treat more demanding substrates than previously possible. ArcAroma is presently evaluating the new abilities and identifying new business segments. For optimal energy balance, the generator can be configured to adopt the capacity to the existing demand. Despite the increased capacity, the new powerful system has the same small footprint and ease of use as the current CEPT®.

ArcAroma have also developed a new 3D treatment chamber. The new chamber uses multiple electrodes that allows treatment of the substrate in different angels which significantly reduces the shadow effect, that particles hide behind solids in the substrate. The 3D chamber generates an efficient electrical treatment field and the improved internal design has very efficient flow dynamics.

-          ArcAroma has increased the product portfolio with a more powerful CEPT® system for demanding applications. The new design will not only increase the capacity but also ensure an even treatment of the substrate.
