A woman has been left with "serious life-threatening" injuries following a three-vehicle crash on the A543 in Denbighshire.
A man is also in a serious condition, although his injuries are non life-threatening.
The collision involving a HGV, a Black BMW 330 and a red Peugeot happened between Bylchau and the B4501 junction shortly after 6.10pm on Tuesday, October 2.
North Wales Fire and Rescue Service were called to the scene and cut the man and woman free from their vehicles.
The woman driving the Peugeot was airlifted to Aintree Hospital, while the male driving the BMW was taken to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd.
The road was closed in both directions for more than five hours while emergency services to assisted the casualties and recovered the vehicles.
Now, North Wales Police are appealing for witnesses with dash cam footage to come forward.

Sergeant Raymond Williams of the North Wales Police Roads Policing Unit said: "We are keen to speak to any witnesses or anybody who may have been travelling along the A543 and who may have seen the black BMW prior to the head on collision.
"Equally, we’d also like to speak to anybody who may have been travelling along the route around the time of the collision and who may have dash cam footage from their vehicles."
A North Wales Fire and Rescue Service spokeswoman, said: "We were in attendance to the incident which was a two vehicle RTC with two persons trapped. Two casualties were released by the fire service. They were conveyed to hospital."
