Millennium & Copthorne Hotels plc announces that Jennifer Fox and the Board have mutually agreed for Ms Fox to step down from her position as Group Chief Executive Officer and a director of M&C with effect from the close of business on 27 September 2018. The Board has determined that Mr Tan Kian Seng, the current Group Chief of Staff and former interim Group Chief Executive Officer prior to Ms Fox’s appointment, will resume the position as interim Group Chief Executive Officer as from 28 September 2018.
