LUCKNOW: Public outrage forced Lucknow police to lodge another FIR in Apple executive
Vivek Tiwari murder case. Vivek's widow Kalpana is a complainant in the second FIR in which she has named the two accused constables of shooting her husband dead. The sequence of events narrated in the FIR is more specific.
The second FIR is based on Kalpana's complaint in which she has narrated the sequence of events as told to her by Sana and her own visit to the spot on the fateful night. Sana had read the names of the two constables -
Prashant Kumar and Sandeep Kumar - on their nameplates. They have been charged with murder under section 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

The second FIR states that two cops on a bike had intercepted them when Sana with Vivek Tiwari was heading home in a car.
"Cops asked sir (Vivek) to stop but he continued to drive on as it was late and he was concerned about my safety," said Sana.
“Sandeep sitting on the pillion hit the vehicle with a lathi. In the meantime, Prashant rode ahead, parked his bike in the middle of the road, got down and immediately Prashant put his pistol on the windshield and shot. Even then sir continued to drive and after about half-kilometre rammed into a pole,” as mentioned in the FIR.
Then I got numb and began screaming shouting for help, later a police unit came and did not give a phone to make a call to my acquaintances. They also gave me a blank paper to sign it. The cops also fabricated their side of a story and mentioned it in the FIR. “I overheard them talking about my character and also of sir,” as mentioned in the FIR.
