SURAT: In two separate cases of rape registered in
Dindoli police station of city on Sunday two five-year-old girls were sexually assaulted. In one case police arrested a 19-year-old unemployed labourer for allegedly raping the minor while in another case police are yet to identify the accused. Both the girls suffered injuries in private parts.

Kalu Bhumihar from near his residence for allegedly raping the survivor after kidnapping her. The survivor was playing near her residence on Saturday afternoon when she was kidnapped.
The accused took the minor to an open plot and raped her. After raping and seriously injuring the minor the accused escaped from location. Meanwhile, family of the survivor lodged a kidnapping complaint in police. She was found early on Sunday by police search party.
In another incident a five-year-old girl came in home at around 1.45 am while crying near
Modi Estate area of Dindoli. Her parents thought that she might have suffered some injury while going out for urination and did not realize that she was raped at night. They noticed injuries in private part in morning after which they took her to hospital. Doctors confirmed a rape during
medical examination and an offence was registered in Dindoli police station.
“The attempts are continue to identify the accused who raped the minor,” said police.
