Vedika and Vaibhav get top billings

Pune: Vedika Bhende and Vaibhav Dahibhate have got top billings in the women’s and men’s categories of the District ranking table tennis tournament, which will commence at Ekam Sports Club in Rahatani from Sunday.

The matches will be played in singles, doubles and mixed categories.

In cadet category, Vedang Joshi and Sakshi Pawar have been given No 1 seeding ahead of Neil Muley and Anandita Lunwat respectively. In the midget category, Ruchita Darwatkar and Ramanuj Jadhav are top rated players in the boys and girls categories. 

The tourney will be conducted in midget, cadet, sub junior, junior and youth categories for boys and girls along with them the men, women and veterans will also be seen in action.
