The sci-fi comedy is about a man (to be played by Reynolds) that realises he is a character in a video game. With the help of an avatar, he tries to prevent the makers of the game from shutting down his world.
Apart from this, the 41-year-old is slated to star in Michael Bay's '6 Underground', and is voicing the beloved Pokemon mascot in 'Pokemon: Detective Pikachu', and a film about the board game, 'Clue'. He is also set to play Deadpool again in the 'X-Force' movie.
