Climate change, terrorism world's biggest challenge: Sushma Swaraj at UNGA
"Climate change and terrorism are the biggest challenges the world is facing today. The biggest victim of climate change are developing and underdeveloped states, those who don't have capability to defend themselves," External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj said while addressing the 73rd UN General Assembly session in New York on Saturday.
