Apple executive killed: I shot in self-defense, says Prashant, accused constable

An Uttar Pradesh police constable who allegedly shot dead an unarmed man during early hours on Saturday in Lucknow said he acted in self defence as the man tried to run him over. 38-year-old Vivek Tiwari, an assistant sales manager of Apple India, was in a car with a former woman colleague when the incident took place.
