The 13th edition of Technozion’18 was inaugurated by P.V. Satya Prakash, executive director of ONGC, at NIT-Warangal on Thursday.
He advised students to focus on learning a subject properly than scoring high. “Contrary to popular perception, public sector is equally or much better than private sector in many cases,” he added. Mr. Prakash appreciated students for taking part in Technozion that exposes them to emerging areas of technology.
NIT-W Director N.V. Ramana Rao congratulated the core team of Technozion for working hard to put together the event. He asked students to utilise this opportunity to broaden their knowledge horizons. L.R.G. Reddy, Dean of Students’ Welfare, appreciated the efforts put in by students to attract the best of minds and companies to make Technozion’18 a rewarding experience for all the participants. Narendra Reddy, student coordinator of the event, presented the details of various technical events to be conducted in the next three days of Technozion.
