History-sheeter threatens wife for testifying against him in court

VADODARA: A case of criminal intimidation was registered against history-sheeter Ghanshyam Fulbaaze, and his man identified as Akash Wankhede after he issued threats to Fulbaaze’s wife.

Manisha Fulbaaze lodged complaint at City police station on Tuesday after Wankhede came to her house in Nava Bazaar in old city area on Monday midnight with two unidentified men and threaten her. Manisha told the police that Wankhede called her outside her house and started abusing her.

The accused then threatened her to not to go to court to record statement in a case against Fulbaaze. Police said that Manisha had registered a case of bigamy against Fulbaaze, the trial for which has started in a court here.

“He threatened her that if she went to testify against Fulbaaze, the result of it will not be good for her,” a police official said.

Cops said that when Manisha threatened to approach police, Wankhede also told her that no matter how many cases she will register against Fulbaaze, nothing will happen to him.

Manisha then went straight to City police station and lodged her complaint.
