Karyakarta Mahakumbh: According to BJP leaders about 13 lakh people are expected to participate in the rally and the party has booked nine special trains from different parts of the state to bring them to Bhopal.

Ahead of the Madhya Pradesh elections, Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Amit Shah launched a salvo on Congress from ‘Karyakarta Mahakumbh’ in Bhopal. Attacking the opposition, the Prime Minister said that the Congress party has failed to forge an alliance in the country and therefore are seeking support from outside India. He added that the party has become a burden on the country.
According to BJP leaders, more than 10 lakh party workers from across the state participated in the rally. BJP chief Amit Shah and Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan were also present at the ‘Karyakarta Mahakumbh’ being held to mark the birth anniversary of Hindutva icon and Bharatiya Jana Sangh (BJS) co-founder Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya.
The venue was named as “Atal Mahakumbh Parisar” in memory of former prime minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
