He has been with the company for the last three years and the restructure in the organisation will cater to the growing needs of the flybmi. He will be continuing as the directors for sales and business development.
Earlier this year Tim Shattock joined flybmi as interim managing director to help in the transition process, he will now return to his native Dublin to take up new role.
He felt happy to be a part of the flybmi team and was confident that it will soar high in the days to come. He thanked everyone in the company and wished everyone success for the future.
Malcolm Sutherland will be appointed as flybmi’s new chief operations officer overseeing all operational functions and reporting to Schnadt.
Fabrice Binet will continue with revenue and planning. There are other significant appointments in the organisation.
Schnadt felt privileged to have been asked to take on the managing director role. He said that he will be able to work with the great team that we have to move things forward to the next level. He also welcomed Malcolm to the team, who will add value to the team.
