NCM Asset Management Announces updates to Arcs of Fire Tactical Balanced Fund

CALGARY, Alberta, Sept. 25, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Arcs of Fire Investments Inc., in consultation with NCM Asset Management Ltd. (the “Manager”), announces today that it has decided to terminate the Arcs of Fire Tactical Balanced Fund (the “Fund”) effective on or about November 30, 2018 (the “Effective Date”).   

Although the Fund is no longer accepting subscriptions, unitholders may continue to request redemptions prior to the Effective Date.

In order to give effect to the termination, the Manager is going to liquidate the remaining assets of the Fund. Unitholders in the Fund on the Effective Date will receive a cash payment representing the net asset value of units on the Effective Date less any taxes required to be deducted.
