Man dies at scene in Busselton after car collision

A 20-year-old man died at the scene of a car collision on Sunday night near Busselton.

Police say a black Nissan Navara crossed to the wrong side of the highway about 8.30pm, colliding with an oncoming Toyota Hilux on Bussell Highway.

The driver of the Hilux died while a 22-year-old female passenger received minor injuries and was sent to hospital.

The crash happened near Layman Road in Yalyalup.

The 36-year-old male driver of the Navara received minor injuries and was taken to hospital.

Police are keen to speak with anyone who witnessed the incident.
