Popular duo The Hairy Bikers are heading out on the road and will be bringing their unique blend of cookery and travelogue to Llandudno .

TV presenters Si King, and Dave Myers have announced a massive 37-date nationwide tour with An Evening With The Hairy Bikers, promising to be an epic night of cooking and chat.

The shows will take an 'in conversation' format and see the two talk food , TV and everything in between as they cook live on stage.

The Hairy Bikers admit they are not chefs, but rather self confessed foodies who met while both were working on the production working on a TV adaptation of a Catherine Cookson novel, and hit it off straight away and bonding through their mutual love of cooking and eating the results.

The duo have been cooking together for over 20 years since and have established a cult following for their quirky off the beaten track culinary tours.

Together they have created haute cuisine dishes with Michelin-starred chefs and travelled the world in the pursuit of great food.

They've also explored the length and breadth of the British Isles to discover brand new recipes and create their own fresh takes on cooking classics.

The stars of several hit television shows, they are the UK's most popular cookery duo.

The stars of the BBC2 hits The Hairy Bikers Cookbook, The Hairy Bikers Ride Again and The Hairy Bikers Come Home will be cooking up a storm while recalling some of their more hilarious escapades.

They also starred in two series of the major prime time show Mums Know Best, drawing millions to their cookery antics and banter.

An episode of their TV series the Hairy Bikers Food Tour of Great Britain was filmed at Portmeirion when the pair expressed their enthusiasm for North Wales and its’ produce.

Myers said he’d enjoyed meeting friendly people in North Wales and praised the quality of the produce. He commented: “The mussels on the Menai Strait are fantastic.”
