8 Dead As Heavy Rain Triggers Flash Floods in Himachal; Manali Cut Off

The Chandigarh-Manali highway beyond Mandi and the Pathankot-Chamba highway were majorly hit. Manali, Chamba and Dalhousie towns were cut off from rest of the state.
