Bus driver arrested for letting students drive

An Indiana school bus driver has been arrested after video of her letting several students drive the bus emerged online. The driver, 27-year-old Joandrea Dehaven McAtee, was filmed letting three students, aged 11, 13 and 17, drive the vehicle for short periods of time. She has been charged with felony neglect of a dependent.

£13m in cocaine found in bananas donated to prison

Officials at a Texas prison have revealed that £13 million worth of cocaine was found in boxes of bananas donated to the facility. Two pallets of the fruit had been donated, and prison officials found 540 packages of cocaine hidden among 45 boxes.

Thieves caught after stealing GPS tracking devices

Thieves who targeted a Silicon Valley tech company were caught just hours after they stole almost 100 GPS tracking devices from a warehouse. A spokesperson for the company said that as soon as they realised what had been stolen, they were able to put the devices in recovery mode, and gave police the means to track the signals.
