NEW DELHI: The national capital witnessed a cloudy
Sunday morning with the minimum temperature recorded at 25 degrees Celsius, a notch above the season's average.
"The sky will remain generally
cloudy throughout the day with a few spells of rains or thundershowers," an
India Meteorological Department (
IMD) official said.
The maximum temperature was likely to hover around 30 degrees Celsius, he said, adding that the
humidity at 8.30 a.m. was 87 per cent.
The city has received 2.4 mm rainfall in the last 24 hours.
Saturday's maximum temperature settled at 27.6 degrees Celsius while the minimum temperature was recorded at 22.2 degrees Celsius, both three notches below the season's average.
