Red Wings 4, Bruins 3: Svechnikov scores winner in OT

DETROIT (AP) -- Evgeny Svechnikov's goal 1:42 into overtime pushed the Red Wings past Boston, 4-3.

Filip Zadina, Dennis Cholowski, and Vili Saarijarvi scored for Detroit. Jimmy Howard had 23 saves.

Zane McIntyre started in goal for Boston, and made 21 saves on 25 shots. Daniel Winnik, Cameron Hughes and Axel Anderson scored for the Bruins.
