HISAR: The police have booked a man for allegedly raping his 10-year-old daughter. The case was registered on Thursday, after the minor girl’s elder sister informed a woman she happened to know about the incident.
A spokesperson of police said on Friday that a case had been registered under Section 376 (
rape) of the
Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of The Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (Posco) Act against the accused on the complaint of the woman, who was acquainted with the children.
