The Market restaurant will welcome Singaporean guest chef Kelly Tay, who will host special live stations for a Southeast Asian twist to the dinner buffet.
· During Mid-Autumn Festival, Kelly will prepare mooncakes in many varieties – from traditional lotus seed paste and egg yolk to versions filled with everything from chocolate to Champagne truffle, these special creations will be available for guests to sample with traditional Chinese teas.
· During the Golden Week, Kelly will honour China’s wide-ranging cuisines by preparing street foods from different provinces and locations across the country.
Xian Hai by the Sea
At the hotel’s spectacular seafood restaurant, the team will be paying homage to the Chinese tradition of eating crab in Autumn with a variety of dishes featuring local crab varieties such as Hele Crab, Shawl Crab and Hairy Crab.
· With 30 years’ experience in Chinese culinary arts, Chef Ou and his team will customise dishes to meet guests’ preferences for a unique crab feast.

The newly launched Afternoon Tea gathers the best flavours of London, New York, Miami and Sanya – the original EDITION locations – into an exciting culinary experience. Enjoy with stunning views of the South China Sea over a glass of sparkling wine.

JUST SPACE will provide a variety of DIY activities for kids and family to experience the fun and cultural aspiration brought by the beauty of the artworks.
Anyone can be an artist at the Hand Painted Bulldog Workshop – pick up a brush and use your imagination! Create your own adorable pottery bulldog and bring it home as the best souvenir.
