Nissan’s 2019 Altima is a transformed mid-size sedan that signals the debut of the model’s sixth generation.

All-wheel drive, all the time
The big news, in the meantime, is that the Canadian versions of the model will all come with all-wheel drive as standard equipment.
The only engine offered on the Altima to Canadian consumers is a 2.5L 4-cylinder with an output of 182 hp and 178 lb-ft of torque, and wedded to a CVT transmission.
Another standard highlight for the new 2019 Altima is the ProPilot Assist system, a suite of drive assist systems, that will come included with every trim of the model.
