A day after two owners of a builders group and four police constables were booked for allegedly assaulting and attempting to murder an advocate in Noida on September 16, lawyers here protested demanding the arrest of the accused on Thursday. The developer is seeking legal advise to take further step in the matter.
The lawyers threatened to intensify their protest if the police did not arrest the accused.
Amit Modi and Sunil Gehlot, owners of Cleo County project, and four Noida police constables were booked under IPC Sections 307, 323, 147 and 504.
