External students can now fill form 17 online till Oct 3

Pune: Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education (MSBSHSE) has extended the dates for registration of external students in Class X and Class XII board examinations, who will appear for February-March 2019 examination. The students can now fill up form number 17 online till October 3.

The students have to take the print out of the online form after submission on the portal, along with the required documents and fee, which has to be submitted at the respective school or junior college between September 21 and October 4. 
Further, these centres need to submit the forms to divisional State Boards latest by October 8.

Student candidates for class X need to apply at http://form17.mh-ssc.ac.in and for class XII board at http://form17.mh-hsc.ac.in. 

It is compulsory for students to provide their contact number and email for further communication from the board. A scanned copy of school leaving certificate, Aadhaar card and passport size photograph also need to be kept while filling up the forms.

The procedure has to be strictly followed online only and no offline procedures will be accepted, the board said.
 
“No forms will be accepted offline and hence, all interested students need to submit their forms online in English or Marathi, whatever their choice may be,” said AB Bhosale Secretary, SSC Board.

Meanwhile, for class X, Rs 1,000 is the registration fee and Rs 100 is the processing fee. Also, for class XII, Rs 500 is the registration fee and 
Rs 100 is the processing fee. After submitting the forms, the students should get one copy signed and stamped from the respective centre.
