Just a fortnight after a stellar Test comeback from Ravindra Jadeja in the series against England at Oval, the Indian all-rounder made a remarkable return to ODI cricket as well in the Asia Cup 2018 clash against Bangladesh in the Super-Four stage in Dubai on Friday (September 21).
Playing his first international game since West Indies ODI game at the Sabina Park last summer, Jadeja finished with figures of 4 for 29 in his ten-over spell against Bangla Tigers at the Dubai International Stadium which included crucial wickets of Shakib Al Hasan and Mushfiqur Rahim.
Jadeja shrugged off all the doubt with a stunning four-fer, his first three-wicket-plus haul in ODI cricket since 2014, which he had bagged against West Indies
Mehidy Hasan lead Bangladesh recovery by scoring 42 runs from 50 deliveries which helped his team to post a decent score against the Indians.
