Mumbai, Sep 21 (PTI) Castor seeds bold and castor oil commercial recovered modestly at the Vashi oils and oilseeds wholesale market here Friday following fresh demand from soaps and shippers industries.
While, refined palmolein eased owing to mild demand from retail buyers.
Meanwhile, groundnut oil and linseed oil held stable in absence of any worthwhile buying activity.
In the non-edible segment, castor seeds bold rose by Rs 5 to Rs 4,645 per 100 kg from Thursday's closing level of Rs 4,640 and castor oil commercial inched up per 10 kg to Rs 959.
Linseed oil ended unaltered to Rs 900 per 10 kg.
Moving to edibles section, refined palmolein softened by a rupee to Rs 677 per 10 kg and groundnut oil closed unchanged at Rs 880 per 10 kg. PTI BPD SHW SHW
