BTS to make history at the United Nations

Cape Town - On Monday, 24 September k-pop phenomenon BTS will go to the UN headquarters in New York for Generation Unlimited, a global partnership by the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF). 

According to Billboard BTS will give a three-minute speech at the event making the group the first k-pop act to ever do it. 

The chart toppers – who are having a history making year – made headlines back in August when they smashed Taylor Swift’s record for the most watched video on YouTube in a 24-hour period. 

The video is for a song called Idol
