ICICI Bank plans to raise funds through overseas instruments this fiscal, for which its board will meet on September 24.
“It will consider offshore fund raising in single or multiple tranches in any currency through public or private placement by way of issuances of debt instruments, certificate of deposits for the remaining period of 2018-19,” the bank said in a regulatory filing.
