Letter to the Editor: It would be cool to see cannons go off at Battleship Cove

I would like to inform you about Battleship Cove. I am doing this for a communications merit badge and I wanted to know if you could start shooting blanks out the cannons on the destroyer on the 4th of July again.

I was never alive to see this but my father told me it was cool. I realize people might have complained and the battleship is extremely old, but if you could, I would like that.
