A man has admitted having sex in a town centre arcade.
David Adam Danny Nash pleaded guilty at Wrexham magistrates court to outraging public decency by engaging in “numerous and various sexual acts, including intercourse in public” at Wrexham’s Central Arcade on August 28 this year.
The 23-year-old, of no fixed abode, also admitted stealing a bike, valued at £119 from Wrexham’s Tesco store on Crescent Road on September 3; stealing confectionery from a Sainsbury's Store in Chester on August 1 and failing to surrender to custody at Chester magistrates court after being bailed on September 9.
He also admitted possessing heroin and, as a sex offender, failing to notify he was still of no fixed abode - both of which happened at Wrexham’s Police HQ at Bodhyfryd, on September 11.
All offences Nash, pleaded guilty to happened this year.

Dressed in a blue hoodie top and dark tracksuit bottoms, he confirmed his name, date of birth and address.
His co-accused Tracy Ann Myers, 34, who faced the same charge, was unfit to plead today.
Myers, of Lilac Way, Wrexham, also faces a charge of causing £110 criminal damage to a cell at Wrexham Police Station by throwing food, urine and faeces on September 16 this year.
Defending both, Stephen Edwards, said Nash was a vulnerable person who had a challenging life, living a "chaotic lifestyle", who needed "help and intervention" to address his problems.
Magistrates adjourned the case for a pre-sentence report to be carried out. The next hearing will take place at Flintshire Magistrates Court at Mold on Wednesday, September 26, where Myers is also expected to enter pleas.
Nash was bailed with conditions.
