Its in honor of a sacramento county sheriff's deputy who was killed in a shoot-out.

Julia julia vo it happened in rancho cordova, as deputies responded to a call of a dispute between a man and an employee at a pep boys auto shop.

When deputies arrived... a suspect opened fire - hitting and killing 27 year old deputy mark stasyuk the gunfire hit a second deputy in the arm and also wounded a bystander.

The gunman - also hit by return fire.

All three injured are expected to survive.
