Google to bring Google One to India in next few weeks

Google One will be initially available to customers who already have an existing paid Drive storage plan
Google to bring Google One to India in next few weeks Google is bringing the recently launched cloud storage subscription program Google One to India over the next forthcoming weeks.

Google One was first launched in May this year and provides expanded cloud storage to customers along with the ability to for users to share their storage plan with upto five family members.

With this launch, consumers will have access to new storage plans ranging from 100GB to 30TB as well as cheaper pricing on some of its existing plans. Google is yet to disclose specific pricing details for Indian consumers.

Other benefits include one-tap access to experts for help across Google's consumer products and services and access to perks like Google Play credits and deals on select hotels when the user searches for it on Google among others.

Google said the service will initially be available on a limited basis, starting with customers who already have an existing paid Drive storage plan and will be automatically upgraded to Google One subscription over the next few weeks.

"For everyone else, we’re working to bring Google One to you over the next few weeks" said Pavni Diwanji, VP, Google One in an official blogpost.
