Two Koreas ink pacts to ease military tensions, boost ties

The defence chiefs of North and South Korea signed a joint statement on Wednesday as their leaders watched on. South Korean Defence Minister Song Young-moo and North Korea's Minister of the People's Armed Forces No Kwang Chol signed an agreement that Seoul says is about reducing military tensions along the border. Kim Jong Un and Moon Jae-in held their second day of summit talks in Pyongyang over the nuclear standoff and other inter-Korean issues and earlier signed a statement of their own. Watch now. (AP)
