St. Louis, Mo., :Cedar Lake Cellars, a year-round winery and event venue, recently hired Larry Pearson as its General Manager.  His responsibilities involve handling the overall operations, growth and profitability for the company.  This includes overseeing daily business operations and financial systems, managing staff training and development, and cultivating vendor and customer relationships.

Prior to joining Cedar Lake Cellars, Pearson worked as the General Manager at Hollywood Casino Amphitheatre, which is a Live Nation Entertainment venue.  He previously served as Director of Ticketing for the company.

“Larry has the industry expertise and managerial background we need to host even bigger events at our winery,” said Cedar Lake Cellars’ proprietor Carl Bolm.  “We look forward to utilizing his extensive concert and entertainment experience in order to bring both nationwide recognition and far-reaching opportunities to our venue.”

The winery currently sells craft and domestic beer, as well as 16 Cedar Lake Cellars California or Paso Robles wines, 3 Swans handcrafted wines from the West Coast, 25 wines of the world, and signature wine slushies.  A new mixed drink menu features a wide assortment of liquors and mixes to choose from.
